Legens of the Guardians!

I am super excited about this movie. It looks beautiful!

Back on Track!

Hello! I have been trying to get my act together this past month; can you believe March is almost done? Life is crazy right now, but I am grateful for the craziness or crazy mess of things. I have placed many goals on myself and have been able to keep up with some of them, while barely acknowledging the rest. I find that if I make “to do” list my ability to actually do the things on the list grows exponentially. That being said, I have to admit that I have been a little lazy this month. My outings have diminished and have just recently been revived and my constant photo taking has been overshadowed by my inability to think of anything creative or beautiful to take a picture of. Thankfully I feel that I am well on my way towards a new creative horizon. I have stopped trying to impress my fellow crafters and artist and have now accepted and embraced my creative spirit and its quirkiness. I can admit that many of my little creations are influenced and inspired by a great array of beautiful minds, but by finally admitting to myself that I must stay true to myself I have been able to get back on track. My constant job hunting did drain my spirit; I mean how can it not (those that are in the same boat know what I am talking about). Now that my “job” has stabilized and the weather is amazing I know that I will be creating like no other! So hold on blogger world, I hope to write, create, post, and ponder more and more.

Have a happy spring! Let me know what make you happy.

Ps. I don’t really proof read my post, so pardon if it tends to ramble ☺

Slowly but surely

So I know I haven’t been posting much lately….I just don’t feel motivated to get things going. I am really disappointed in my inability to get going on this blog. I started this blog with great intentions, mainly to keep track of what little ol’ me is up to. Its not that I haven’t been up to much, its just that my focus was to create, and lately my creative nature has dried up a little. I have been feeling blah for about 3 weeks now, yet now that the sun has come out of hiding I hope to keep my spirit high.
Today was an extremely productive day. Mr. J and I were completely in spring-cleaning mode. Mr. J was a champ cleaning and clearing the backyard, getting it ready for our veggie garden. I on the other hand was stuck inside getting the house in tiptop shape. I don’t know if I have mentioned this but I have two wonderful kitties and one crazy dog, so our house is slowly growing gigantic dust bunny. I have been cleaning a lot lately, but today was a complete over haul. Needles to say we were both exhausted.
Anyways, I will try my hardest to keep this updated. I need to set a goal and keep it. I need to become my own toughest critic as well as motivator.
See ya soon.

Oh the places you'll go.

Some new pictures of my footsie diaries.  Some pictures from the California Academy of Science, Little Tokyo,  and Dodger Stadium.

I love the new foot pictures, I have been having fun with these pictures.

Birthday Extravaganza Month!

February is long gone and with it goes my birthday celebrations. In total I was fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday 3 different times….yes, yes it’s a little much but hey, why not? The first weekend Mr. J the amazing was wonderful enough to take me to see Wicked in the bay. Not only did Mr. J get great tickets to see Wicked, but he also planned a full day of California Academy of Science fun! We had a blast; it was so amazing and educational. After the wonderful world of science we had a great dinner at Q, this really cute dinner. It was crazy yummy and very chill. The only thing I could say about Wicked is………AMAZING!

The following two weekends were filled with behind the scene tours of The Dodger Stadium, Mochi, Korean BBQ, Mardi Gras Party, drinks and dinner with friends and basically the most amazing birthday celebration to date. Its hard to believe that another year is behind me and I am now a year older and hopefully wiser.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention the most wonderful gift ever! Mr. J is so great; he gave me a guitar as a birthday/Valentine's day celebration.
